REQUIREMENTS FOR LEASING A PROPERTY WITH metro property management:

- Gross monthly income needs to be 3x the monthly rent for applicants

- Minimum credit score of 600

- Must pass a criminal background check

- Must pass a rental history verification

Pet Fees

All pets are welcome upon owner's discretion, usually depending on size and

breed. Upon approval, a non-refundable fee of $250 per pet will be expected

before move in.
